A qualifying cold-climate heat pump upgrade earns $450 through Wattsmart.

Wattsmart requires a program-participating contractor and applications within 180 days; ThermWise applications are due within 6 months. Mechanical permits go through Herriman City, and HOA design review runs first for exterior changes. We coordinate all of it.
