Applications go through the RenewChoice portal and require a Provo City utility account in good standing.

Natural gas in Provo is Enbridge Gas territory, so ThermWise still applies: $300-$350 on a 95%+ AFUE furnace, up to $1,000 on a Tier 1 dual-fuel system, and up to $100 on a smart thermostat.
