Accessibility Statement

Heavenly Heating and Cooling is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

Last Updated: June 24, 2026

In short: We want everyone to be able to use our website. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standard and align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and if you run into a barrier we want to hear about it and help.

Our Commitment

Heavenly Heating and Cooling, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to provide equal access to information and functionality for all of our visitors and customers.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to align our practices with the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Conformance is an ongoing process rather than a one-time achievement, and some areas of the site may not yet fully meet every success criterion.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we work to incorporate the following into our website on an ongoing basis:

  • Semantic HTML markup and a logical heading structure for screen readers
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Keyboard operability for navigation, menus, and interactive elements
  • Color contrast that targets WCAG AA ratios for text and key interface elements
  • Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can track their position
  • Labels and accessible names on form fields and buttons
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to zoom and different screen sizes

Known Limitations & Third-Party Content

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Portions of our site rely on third-party services (for example, embedded maps, chat widgets, financing applications, scheduling tools, and review feeds) whose accessibility we do not fully control. We are working to identify and remediate issues as we find them, and we welcome reports that help us prioritize improvements.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and speech-recognition software. If you use an assistive technology and experience difficulty accessing any part of our site, please let us know so we can assist you and improve the experience for others.

Feedback & How to Report a Barrier

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need information from our site provided in an alternative format, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information, service, or transaction you are seeking:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3–5 business days.

Review & Date

We review this Accessibility Statement and assess our website against our accessibility goals on a periodic basis, and at least annually. This statement was last reviewed and updated on June 24, 2026.
